Position Summary:

The Food Service Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Washington metropolitan market. Key duties include developing food service accounts, expanding distributor sales, overseeing brokers, participating in trade shows, conducting weekly calls, managing trade spend, providing sales training, delivering customer presentations, and facilitating product sampling. The role involves fostering strong relationships with customers, food distributors, and brokers, crafting customer-specific growth strategies, and utilizing data analysis to drive profitable sales growth.

Essential Job Functions:

Drive Bridor's annual goals for profitability, volume, and new product launches.

Seek new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.

Cultivate relationships with key industry players to ensure growth.

Craft and adapt annual business plans to address market trends and competition.

Lead and support broker representatives to achieve sales objectives.

Provide input on pricing, shelf placement, and other sales strategies.

Collaborate with finance experts to maintain competitive pricing.

Monitor SKU forecasts to ensure accuracy.

Stay informed about market strategies and share insights with the team.

Identify and pursue new sales and profit opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field.

5-10 years of regional sales experience selling to Food Service accounts in the Southeast U.S.

Proven track record of job stability and career progression.

Proficiency in creating presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.

Working knowledge of marketing, analytics, and customer development.

Excellent sales negotiating and closing skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills.

Territory sales experience selling premium quality baking products to food service accounts is a plus.

Working Conditions:

This position is remotely based in driving commuting distance to the Washington DC metropolitan area

Expect a minimum 40-hour workweek with occasional weekends.

Travel required for the position is 50% - 70%.

Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and current automobile insurance coverage.

Pay & Benefits:

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 per year + annual performance bonus with advancement opportunities + monthly stipend/car allowance
