Ability to travel for tradeshows/events, regional client visits, and quarterly visits to Tuuci HQ in Miami FL
Responsibilities Reporting to the Miami-based Sales Director, the RSM is responsible for Tuuci sales to all contract market segments including hospitality, multi-family, F&B, institutional, and corporate throughout the West Coast region (CA, NV, OR, WA, ID, HI)
Through successful prospecting, relationship management, and understanding of Tuuci’s role in the client’s business, the RSM will work to target areas of opportunity and growth with each client partner in the assigned territory alongside our Tuuci Sales Representatives
This position works closely with the Miami-based internal sales team (Sales Director and Account Managers) to support our independent reps and clients
The RSM must consistently provide excellent service and sales expertise to support our sales representatives, existing Tuuci customers, and serve as a consultant to specifiers
They will align the client’s needs and goals within the Tuuci organization to ensure we exceed client expectations while achieving revenue goals and increasing market share in the territory
Location: This position will be based in Los Angeles, California and includes the CA, NV, OR, WA, ID, HI territory
Grow Tuuci brand in all commercial distribution channels, including specifiers for design and architectural firms, procurement companies, and corporate management organizations
Take initiative and responsibility to own the relationship with clients and prospects
Uncover opportunities and execute strategies for regional growth and new business
Build connections with key contacts and decision makers
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the various segments of the business
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development and engineering teams to ensure successful solutions for customer issues
Develop strong product knowledge and understand Tuuci brand development
