Salary Range: $91,400.00 To 137,000.00 Annually
JOB SUMMARY Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for co-sourcing engagements, functioning under the oversight of the Co-Sourcing leader, but also interacting autonomously with clients on an ongoing basis. Manage small consulting engagements and assist with larger, more complex projects for SullivanCotter to establish successful client relationships with a laser focus on providing exceptionally responsive and high-quality client experiences.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES Serve autonomously as the day-to-day point of contact for co-sourcing engagements, which entail functioning as an extension of a client’s internal employee compensation team
Apply knowledge of best practices, market data and insights when interacting with co-sourcing clients, operating as SullivanCotter’s internal expert on assigned portfolio
Manage small engagements within established budgets and regularly monitor the success of sequential project steps and tasks, and introduce appropriate interventions or activities to keep the timeline, quality, and deliverables on track
Assist in the management of larger, more complex assignments or portions of those assignments, effectively keeping the Project Manager apprised of project status, including delays or potential problems and holding self and team members accountable for client deadlines and deliverables
Conduct varying types of research and analyses that span several practice core service offerings which could include market pricing/job evaluation, peer group selection, salary structure design, incentive plan design, long-term incentive plan design, financial modeling and special research projects
Lead the conduct of the analytical work on less complex projects, providing oversight and guidance to junior associates and organizing/interpreting complex information
Identify complex job matching and data issues and proactively confer with clients and key associates to determine the appropriate course of action, acting quickly to remove obstacles impeding project steps
Assist with report and proposal writing as it relates to describing and summarizing project objectives, methodologies, analysis and results as well as proofing for accuracy
Peer review analytics and mentor junior associates in complex research, data collection and analytics
Participate in appropriate client delivery team meetings to understand team and client initiatives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration
Two to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with internal or external clients
Three to five years of related analytical experience required, involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design
Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to:
Determine appropriate data analytic approaches and tools based on project tasks and client requirements
Identify, compile, analyze and organize complex data sets using a logical and systematic process
Interpret complex information with direction and resolve less complex data issues with limited oversight
Develop conclusions from the analysis and develop solutions to address specific project objectives, with guidance
Identify and recommend solutions to remove obstacles impeding project steps or task achievement
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations that impact our health care clients
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with the project team and tailor communications, formal or informal, to the audience
Excellent interpersonal, writing, verbal and presentation skills are required, including the ability to:
Make clear and convincing oral presentations that achieve a specific purpose
Effectively present facts, analysis and conclusions or solutions in a way that demonstrates command of content, factoring in perspectives and interests of the audience
Write concise project communications, documents and presentations with appropriate level of technical detail and complexity
Use appropriate writing style consistent with organizational guidelines, templates and brand standards
Excellent project management and organizational skills, and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and priority-changing environment
Strong attention to detail
Exhibit high levels of enthusiasm and passion for serving our clients and appreciate their mission-based work
A self-starter with demonstrated ability to successfully assist with complex project deliverables in a very driven and changing organization

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a business-related field
Experience working within a compensation consulting firm
Staff compensation experience at a health care organization
Certified Compensation or Benefits Professional designation
Basic programming experience is a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT Remote or hybrid work settings. Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job.
