Attendance at SAREIA and Lifestyles Unlimited events. Possible Trade Booth.
In person presentations to real estate sales companies seeking a property management referral partner.
In person presentations to Champion School of Real Estate on behalf of RentWerx discussing our property management services.
Marketing efforts through the SABOR MLS for new property management clients.
Vendor appreciation and development for RentWerx Maintenance.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, content generation, and analytics for SEO improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Familiar with Facebook analytics, Google My Business and other social media platforms.
Ability to develop long-term marketing strategies and campaigns with creativity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are outgoing, not shy to introduce yourself to large groups of people.
Managing budget and analyzing results to maximize ROI.
Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
Bonus Potential: $10,000 to $15,000
Health Benefits and PTO available after 90 days.
Available Company Vehicle: RentWerx has a fleet of four branded company vehicles for use.
Hours: Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM CST
