Requirements:3 years of experience in customer, IT user application support or service operations in an enterprise environmentRotating shift support on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidaysStrong customer service skills, coordination, and communication skillsAttention to detail and the ability to resolve IT issues quickly and effectivelyExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to prioritize workload and other assignments with strong time managementAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, be willing to learn and growClear and concise verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical usersAbility to learn proprietary software, and train to provide support to usersInterest in education and working for the benefit of childrenBachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or business-related field)
