The Position
Leading projects, you’ll be responsible for the development and completion of conceptual ideas, utilising your experience to deliver standout work that tells a story.
Becoming a real driving force of creativity, you’ll split your time between hands-on design and coaching, inspiring the team around you to evolve their ideas and encouraging them to develop and refine their skills.
Working hard to build and sustain positive relationships with clients, you’ll be articulate when presenting and confident when communicating ideas and progress.
Not forgetting your real knack for spotting opportunities, you well and truly know how to transform briefs into projects that get people excited - work that combines acute industry awareness with your own unique spin.
What We’re Looking For
Curious, engaged and versatile, we’re after a Design Director with a proven track record of leading and delivering high-quality creative work.
Conceptual and critical in thinking, you’ll be happy rolling up your sleeves and contributing to all aspects of the design process, confident in your ability to balance this with your role as a leader - we’re talking project direction, strategy, mentoring and client management.
You’ll have high-quality crafting and visualizing skills, with significant brand identity experience but what will really earn your spot here is passion, drive, and a love for what you do!
