The company has acquired and renovated over 3,000 houses since 2004 and is in the process of purchasing and renovating 150+ homes annually, actively managing over $3M in renovations at any given time. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing 10-15 renovations at one time, taking the job from budget building through completion and punch out.
