Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and promotions. Utilize tools like Springbig, Sparkplug, and others to glean insights and drive decisions.

Community & Communication: Foster a strong community presence through event participation, social media interaction, and effective budtender communication. Curate content for our email newsletter and ensure swag is always ready for events.
