What you’ll be doing:
Conference, Tradeshow, & Event Management: Own the end-to-end planning, cross-functional coordination & communication, and execution of industry regional / national conferences and external events
Content Creation : Develop and create engaging, informative, and compelling content across various platforms, including websites, landing pages, emails, and social media
Social Media Management: Execute and manage organic social media accounts and social media campaigns for awareness and education. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure effective ROI
CRM Workflows & Automation: Support creating workflows and automation to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and lead nurturing tactics and report on performance metrics
Sales Enablement: Support HCP-facing sales team with marketing collateral requests, sales training, and regional marketing tactics
Marketing Operations: Support marketing team and commercial stakeholders through process improvements, project management, and communication
Required Skills:
2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in event planning or marketing
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms,CRMs
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced start-up environment
Clear communication for both internal and external communication
Preferred Skills:
Experience within the healthtech or technology industry
Experience with Hubspot
Experience with social media management
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel 10 - 15%
