What YOU will do:
Generate leads through various channels, including email, networking, and social media
Qualifying prospects by understanding their experience and work history
Schedule meetings between prospects and our recruiting team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all sales recruitment activities and in CRM system
Developing and building creative sourcing strategies to grow talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement new sales recruitment strategies
Meet and exceed monthly metrics and quarterly goals
Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends, market demands, and competitors
Participate in training and professional development activities as required
Partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support them in efforts to find the best candidates in the market
Creating exceptional experience by maintaining excellent communication and guiding candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Working with leadership to promote BAMKO branding
Who YOU are:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with CRM systems or ATS systems

At BAMKO, we want you to be well and thrive. The compensation for this position ranges from $45,000-$55,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is performance based bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
