Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency in financialmanagement, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet.Organizational skills, creative abilities, and excellent written andoral communication are a must. Exercises sound judgment in problemsolving, prioritization and multitasking. Ability to work independentlyin a team environment and be flexible to meet program needs. Developmentof strong relationships with all key stakeholders (members, memberfamilies, peers, subordinates, superiors, funding sources, employers,communities, etc.) Program documentation (reviewing and approvingprogress notes, billing, contract amendments, ISP\'s, etc.) A broadrange of interpersonal skills to work with program participants,community employers, funding sources, and other professionals. Validdriver\'s license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, useof vehicle, and willingness to transport participants in personal and/oragency vehicle.
