We work hard, play hard while having each other's back. We embody Workday culture of integrity, innovation and fun. The Financials integration team provide business value for our customers by developing solutions that enables seamless dataflows in and out of Workday Financials system.

Workday is unique in that it builds enterprise software in the cloud on a single codeline through a continuous development model allowing for rapid delivery of our software to our customers. On this team, you’ll be working with key architects, product managers, and other stakeholders delivering a new generation of on-demand enterprise solution designed to meet the needs of today's global businesses.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Product Manager and QA counterparts on functional design and analysis of requirements

Design and develop a product in a metadata-based development environment

Develop and maintain robust, efficient and maintainable code using an OO language and support tools

Build and enhance reliable automated tests

Resolve customer reported issues

Learn from other team members through pair programming, code reviews, technical reviews, hackathons and shared communication tools

About You

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years experience developing performant, scalable and resilient applications.

5+ years of proven experience with an OOP language ( Java, C#, C++, Scala.. etc.)

5 + Proficient skills with Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT or other integration technology

Other Qualifications

Knowledge of integrations, development processes, and integration architectures.

Experience with ETL technology and middleware technology.

Experience with agile development methodologies.

Experience designing/developing business applications, (knowledge of ERP systems, HR or Human Capital Management is a plus)

BS and/or master’s in computer science, Engineering or related field preferred.

Troubleshoot customer reported issues and have experience developing high performing apps/integrations

Must be a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skills

Proven grasp of design patterns, coding best practices and be able to write unit-testable code.

Create and maintain reliable automated tests

Excellent analytical and proven problem solving skills both technically and functionally

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $124,000 USD - $186,000 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $117,800 USD - $210,000 USD
