Stratascale is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technology Business Management (TBM) Consultant. This pivotal position is essential for leading client delivery engagements in TBM implementation and maturity. Our ideal candidate will be skilled at helping clients align their IT investments with overarching business goals. The role demands a unique combination of finance acumen, IT management expertise, and strong consulting skills, coupled with an extensive background in process optimization and strategic IT financial management.
This position is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by Stratascale management.

Responsibilities
Includes, but not limited to:
Lead TBM implementation and maturity projects for a diverse range of clients
Work with client stakeholders to gather relevant data for analysis
Analyze clients' IT spending, budgeting, and forecasting to provide actionable insights
Implement and integrate TBM tools and frameworks, ensuring alignment with client objectives
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients on TBM principles and tools
Collaborate with IT and financial departments to develop effective cost allocation models and value conversations
Provide expertise in cloud financial operations and management, optimizing cloud spending and resources
Define business case justifications and return on investment for technology investments
Present results and provide recommendations to client leadership
Implement recommendations in collaboration with client stakeholders
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and challenges
Stay abreast of the latest trends in TBM, IT, finance, and cloud technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
Minimum of 5+ years client-facing experience working on complex problem-solving and solutions services
Strong understanding of TBM frameworks, ITFM tools (e.g., Apptio, Nicus), and IT architectures
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
Proven experience in project management and team leadership
Ability to navigate and lead change in complex organizational environments
Certification in TBM, ITIL, or related fields is a plus

Ability to discuss both technical and non-technical concepts and solve complex problems for a diverse client audience, including C-Suite, VPs, Directors, Architects, Engineers, and Analysts
Willingness to lead and participate in demand generation and marketing efforts focused on pipeline generation
An entrepreneurial approach, identifying value in unstructured situations and seizing opportunities
High emotional intelligence with a flexible work style and excellent diplomatic skills across all organizational levels
Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent presentation skills and comfortability in leading meetings and discussionsto delegate tasks efficiently, leveraging team members' skills while ensuring accountability and productivity
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of serving as an escalation point and making informed decisions
Unique Requirements
Attend virtual client meetings when appropriate
Travel to client sites, partner sites, conferences, and Stratascale offices up to 25% annually
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $168,000 - $216,000, which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
