Job Duties/Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
The Laboratory Technician will take responsibility for a variety of functions in ZwitterCo’s R&D Lab.
Operating laboratory equipment
Perform routinecharacterization testing and compile data in a clear and organized manor
Assist with customer water testing
Operate analytical
Other responsibilities as assigned
Critical Success Factors
Successful candidates will be methodical
Have excellent attention to detail
Be well-versed in good laboratory practices and techniques.
Have a keen interest in environmental and water technologies.
Qualifications Qualifications
Candidates should have a combination of an appropriate degree (two or four year) in the science field and 1+ years of hands-on laboratory experience. Additional qualifications:
Experience with running routine tests in a laboratory
Basic statistical analysis (mean, standard deviations, confidence intervals)
Be comforatbale in a laboratory environment.
Experience with membrane or filter testing preferred
Proficient in tools relevant to these fields, such as MS Excel
These benefits are subject to change over time as the organization grows and evolves.
The organization sponsors a health care plan and a dental plan for which it will contribute 80% of the premium, subject to certain limitations regarding the plan selected.
