Position: Windows & Client Admin/Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Duration : 6 Months
Candidate must have strong Data Center experience. Cisco UCS & Windows Hands on experience in supporting Cisco UCS & Client Blade
Enclosure platform UCS design and Implementation Knowledge on UCS service profiles, Flex POD, Client Virtual connect, Firmware upgrade
Knowledge on UCS Central, Fabric Interconnects, Operational Validation & Troubleshooting
In-depth knowledge on working of Windows server 2003,2008,2012,2016
Participate in BCPDR planning and execution in support of customer requirements;
Work on Incident, Change, Service request and Problem tickets under strict ITIL process.
Knowledge on scripting
Additional skill required: Windows & Client requirement Administration & Troubleshooting of windows server 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016.
Hands on experience on Client ESXi 4.x,5.x,6.x versions Configure and manage Client ESXi hosts and Client virtual machines.
Knowledge on Client SRM, VRops. Patching of ESX servers and VMs with Client Update manager Manage ESX and VMs through VCenter server and perform various changes on VM s Document best practices in developing and deploying Client solutions, and feed them into our knowledge base for reuse by customers and partners Work on Incident Tickets, Change Tickets and Problem tickets under strict ITIL process.
Hands on experience on SCCM in medium to large enterprise environments
In-depth knowledge on working of vSphere 3.x,4.x,5.x,6.x versions
In-depth Knowledge on Products like vSphere SRM, vCenter standalone Converter, vRops, vCops Provide architectural guidance and oversight into integration of Client products with third party products like monitoring tools
Knowledge on Microsoft SCOM will be an added advantage.
Knowledge on scripting
Collecting and storing all required project artifacts, maintaing project progress as per PDLC
Securing approvals and sign-offs throughout the project life cycle by working with the business leads and other key stakeholders
Identify opportunities to expand the RPA deployment, proactively research for new tools and automations in operations within area of responsibility
Effectively manage issues, risks, dependencies, and constraints
