Started by just 6 people around 15 years ago they re-branded in 2017 after receiving significant investment and were able to grow from 40 people to just over 120 today.
They have been sensible about hiring, managing expectations and doing so on a need's basis.
The Technical IT Support Engineer will be a hands-on Engineer that has expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
You will have experience in Level 1 and Level 2 support and worked in fast paced environment.
Ideally you will have a systems administration level experience.
There is an opportunity within this role to further develop your own technical skills with the clients diverse portfolio of tools.
To be successful in Technical IT Support Engineer role you will:
3 or more years of experience in Linux Administration (RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu)
Strong networking skills
2 or more plus years working in a similar role
2 or more years working with windows server administration
Scripting experience
Worked with a support ticketing system
Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure)
Strong communication skills
