As Production Designer you’ll blend creativity and technical skills to produce expertly crafted work. First and foremost, you’re a production pro with the ability to operate efficiently, ensuring the accuracy of designs in the final stages of development. You’re also able to provide design perspective to help execute creative across a variety of platforms. You’ll work in a wide range of print and digital mediums, including advertisements, direct mail, out-of-home, brochures, sales sheets, social media, banner ads, email, landing pages, and additional content, collateral, and design products. You will need to be a detail-driven, organized, high-level communicator with a willingness to evolve as technology reshapes our industry.

Requirements: This is primarily a production role with workflow support at approx. 85% production / 15% design
Ensure layouts meet specs and pixel perfection for delivery
Execute design projects on multiple platforms
Implement consistency across deliverables (version control)
Continuously evolve knowledge and skills around creative applications in a proactive manner
Develop and maintain strict server/cloud structure and file organization guidelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting as needed to ensure the highest-quality outputs
Qualifications :
2+ years working as a production artist in print, digital, social, web
Strong website / portfolio showcasing production expertise + design sensibilities
Expert level proficiency within Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Creatopy, Figma, and Adobe AEM preferred
Understanding of accessibility standards
Ability to work under tight deadlines on multiple projects
Natural sense of curiosity and creativity
Team-first collaborative spirit
Life-long learner
Tenacious, outstanding attention to detail and a love for process
