Develop a thorough understanding of the Company’s products and services
Manage all sales to assigned accounts
Prepare business proposals promoting all Company products and expertise to new customers
Assist in the establishment of quarterly and annual sales objectives and expense budgets
Cultivate and grow customer base
Develop, grow and maximize financial results
Support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share (i.e. new products, existing and non-existing business) and improve customer perception and service
Exceed customer’s expectations
Work closely with customers regarding product issues
Participate in trade show events and attend various technical conferences and sales seminars
Effectively use CRM System (Salesforce)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of Account Manager experience required
Relevant business experience (drilling/oil and gas production/midstream transmission)
Product knowledge in the oil and gas industry
Aggressive sales and closing skills
Work directly with customers and closely with other departments or business units
Oral and written communication skills, both internal and external
Formal marketing, presentation and negotiating skills
Computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel and Word)
Experience working in CRM System; Salesforce experience, preferred
Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
Detail-oriented, consistent, organized and analytical
Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to receive direction
Strong work ethic, integrity and dedication to results

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sales Executive will have the ability to use his/her experience and knowledge to create and introduce new and effective programs and processes, and grow assigned strategic accounts. Administratively, this position is responsible for all elements of the contracts, managing daily issues, communicating scope changes, being an effective link between the customer and DNOW, and ensuring payments are received on time.
