The VP of Corporate Services will possess strong relationship building and work ethic, proven problem-solving skills, resource planning skills, proactive personality, ability to think quickly and recognize problems while quickly creating solutions, and ability to motivate and develop employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a number of corporate departments including Finance, IT, HR, Recruiting, Marketing & Communications, Education & Training, Insurance, and Change Management.

Lead a team of approximately twenty amazing employees

Assist in defining corporate goals, actions, and execute accordingly

The role has the potential to grow into a CFO role in the future based on performance

Be an expert in subject matters such as accounting, finance, budgets, corporate contracts, IT, and HR. Extensive experience in corporate functions is required

Implement uniform best practices while maintaining compliance

Systematically cultivates and maintains collaborative relationships with managers of the organization to achieve mutual goals.

Job requirements Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum MBA preferred

Extensive experience with financial operations is required.

Minimum ten years combined leadership experience including five to eight in a senior management role.

Advanced Excel, Word, and database skills.

A positive attitude and the ability to develop the same in the employees.

Proven dedication to delivering consistent excellent customer service experience.

Master of process improvement transformation

Deep belief in documenting process and measuring performance and results.
