Job Summary: The Client Care Representative (CCR) is crucial to our success, offering the first glimpse of our commitment to service excellence to our clients. This role requires not only exceptional communication skills but also a strategic approach to scheduling and logistics, ensuring our electricians are efficiently dispatched across the service area. Job Duties:

Act as the primary point of contact for incoming client calls, delivering a professional and empathetic service experience.

Utilize approved scripts to maintain consistency and quality in client communications.

Employ a thorough understanding of the service area and GPS technology to schedule service appointments for our electricians efficiently, optimizing their routes and service delivery times.

Notify clients of scheduling changes promptly, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.

Handle general office administrative tasks and warehouse stock management, contributing to the smooth operation of our services.

Adapt to the versatile needs of a startup environment, willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for additional qualifications in customer service or logistics.

Strong verbal and telephone communication skills, with an ability to engage clients effectively.

Proficiency in computer software applications and GPS/map reading skills for efficient scheduling.

Prior experience in customer service, with a keen sense of organization and problem-solving.

Ability to multitask and manage administrative and stock maintenance duties.
