Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Solution Design and Implementation:
Work with technical teams to design and implement technology solutions that address business needs and requirements.
Develop functional specifications, user stories, and system designs to guide development efforts.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Participate in testing activities, including test case development, test execution, and defect management, to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions with business stakeholders.
Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, process flows, and user guides, to support solution implementation and maintenance.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and technologies.
Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications:

Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and waterfall.
Knowledge of database concepts, SQL querying, and data analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
