**Overview of Position**
It is the mission and intent of the Leisure Sales Manager to manage existing Leisure and Third-Party accounts and prospect for new accounts in order to meet or surpass budgeted revenue and room-nights in said market segments.
The incumbent will manage and prospect for accounts on the specific geographic regions as designated by the Sales Department Leadership to support the established sales goals for the hotel. This will require travel and management of various accounts.
**Duties and Supporting Responsibilities**
* Manage assigned accounts within the leisure and third-party travel networks
* Secure new high-end accounts
* Negotiate rates and manage existing accounts
* Entertain clients in or outside hotel
* Host familiarization trips at hotel
* Attend MO road shows
* Organize sales calls in said territories
* Liaise with Regional Sales Offices worldwide
**Requirements**
* Excellent English communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
* Experience in a comparable position in a luxury hotel operation
* Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Luxury market segment
* Possess excellent organizational skills
* Quality driven with a passion for excellence in guest service and satisfaction
* Must be able to work in a team and independently on occasions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software
* Willingness and capacity to learn and apply new systems
