Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in performance testing methodologies and tools, with a strong proficiency in both LoadRunner and JMeter. Additionally, a solid understanding of Node.js and its impact on application performance is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Performance Testing:

Design and execute performance testing strategies for complex, large-scale applications.

Utilize LoadRunner and JMeter to simulate various load scenarios and analyze system performance under different conditions.

Tool Proficiency:

Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in LoadRunner and JMeter to conduct performance tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Node.js Expertise:

Possess a deep understanding of Node.js and its impact on application performance.

Collaborate with development teams to optimize Node.js applications for maximum efficiency.

Test Automation:

Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios to automate testing processes, ensuring repeatability and efficiency.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality analysts, and system architects, to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Performance Tuning:

Provide recommendations for performance improvements based on test results and collaborate with development teams to implement optimizations.

Qualifications:
