Eaze, our technology arm, supports the cannabis delivery platform and marketplace that connects adult consumers with licensed dispensaries and products.

We are on a mission to enhance safe access to legal cannabis, educate people about cannabis as a tool for wellness, and drive smart cannabis policies. At Stachs, you will work alongside a world-class team representing a wide range of backgrounds and strengths.

The Inventory Specialist oversees all control tasks and supervises all inventory activities to ensure the completion of any daily tasks necessary for the operation of the dispensary. Responsibilities include interacting with customers and suppliers to fulfill inventory demand, intake deliveries and process invoices through our POS system, monitor inventory flow and record retention, generate inventory and sell through reports, follow and implement BCC regulations, rectify miscalculations, perform cycle counts and replenish low stock inventory on the sales floor.

**Responsibilities**

+ Follow assigned daily tasks and assignments from supervisors

+ Maintain compliance in accordance with the Bureau of Cannabis Control

+ Receive products during deliveries and ensure state requirements are met

+ Process invoices into POS system

+ Efficiently label and tag received products

+ Record and monitor all items with shelf-life on a daily basis

+ Ensure segregation and disposal of outdated, damaged, deteriorated, misbranded or adulterated cannabis products

+ Monitor and maintain inventory; ensuring data is entered and accurate in METRC and POS system

+ Follow inventory reconciliation procedures and perform weekly cycle counts

+ Audit and assess METRC tags

+ Maintain record retention for all invoices, manifests, COAs, return and waste logs and monthly inventory reconciliation

+ Replenish low stock inventory on sales floor

+ Report to management of any out of stock inventory

+ Schedule staff training and vendor demonstrations with sales or brand representatives

+ Communicate and maintain vendor relationships through email, phone and in-person meetings

+ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
