Assist

Negotiate and influence requirements direction
Lead/consult on escalated support issues and root cause analysis
Provide business analysts on the team with mentorship and coaching
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors
degree
5
+
years’
of Business Analyst experience
, with at least 2
years experience
in asset or wealth management (Financial Planning, Investment Management, Regulatory Reporting,
Trust
and Estate Planning etc.)
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the
future
Preferred
Qualifications
Previous
experience with financial services
products

preferably asset and wealth management products, processes (
e.g
Fixed Income, Equity, OTC, Alternatives, Trust Services, Trade Order
Management, Execution Management, CRM, Onboarding, Financial and Regulatory reporting for FINRA, OCC regulators etc.)
and Broker Dealer
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile
methodologies
Perform requirements
gathering and scope
management planning for large scale
projects
Proficient in technical writing
Testing skills
