Qualified Candidates will be:
Previous experience in sales (encouraged)
Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills
Strong leadership qualities and a self-starter
Ability to build rapport with clients
Fearless, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results
Desire for continuous learning and a good communicator—excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in developing a strategic long term financial plan to achieve their financial goals using a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds.
Create and implement strong, innovative sales strategies
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Establish and retain new partnerships with clients
