Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled paralegal with experience in personal injury law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal process related to personal injury cases and will be proficient in assisting attorneys with case preparation, management, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation and management, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and gathering evidence.

Communicate with clients, medical providers, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary information and documentation.

Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.

Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances, and coordinate attorney calendars accordingly.

Prepare and file legal documents with the court and other relevant agencies as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm.

Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
