The Role:
We are seeking a Director of Hotel Operations that can guide hotel operations to achieve top-tier service standards while upholding operational efficiency. This position will oversee the Front Office which includes Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, and Front Services; VIP Services, Butler Services, PBX, Housekeeping, and the Outdoor Public Space.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to optimize hotel operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement.
Lead and manage operational teams, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Analyze revenue and occupancy trends, market demand, and competitive landscape to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
Implement cost-control measures and efficiency improvements to enhance profitability while maintaining service quality.
Education/Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years hotel operations experience in a 500+ room hotel or resort, preferably in Housekeeping, Front Office, or other related area.
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, best practices.
Luxury resort opening experience highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to move around the resort and its various areas.
Capability to lift 15 pounds or more at times.

Salary, exempt management role
Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000
