Job Description Job Description Quality Control Laboratory Technician opportunity in the QC Lab supporting manufacturing operations.
Compensation: $21 hourly - Varies Based on Experience
Responsibilities:
Preparation of Stock, Standard, and Quality Control Solutions.
Preparation of Samples for Instrumental Analysis.
Cleaning of Laboratory Glassware and Equipment.
Daily, Monthly, and other preventative maintenance of Equipment and Laboratory Instruments.
Calibration and operation of Laboratory Instruments.
Record keeping, documentation, and reporting of raw data.
Preparation of results from laboratory operations and analytical runs.
Assist with process improvement and quality projects.
Assist with research projects as designated.
Qualifications: Qualifications/Aptitudes:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biochemistry preferred. Other disciplines with a strong quantitative focus are considered.
Basic Statistics and Mathematics.
Dilutions, Concentrations, Beer’s Law, and Calibration Curves.
Separations Science.
Optical Spectroscopy.
Excel, Word, and Outlook.
HPLC, FT-IR, UV-VIS, Automated LAL-BET Instrument, and Analytical Balance.
Physical and Special Requirements:
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Manipulation of pipettes, small laboratory instruments, and sample handling.
Occasional visit(s) to Controlled/Clean Room environment.
May need to lift, up to 40 pounds.
Limited exposure to potentially hazardous substances.
Use of process-appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) as required.

Our positions are on On-Site Full-Time position in Southlake, TX. The hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST Monday through Friday.
