Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Progressive Care Nurse. The Progressive Care Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the progressive care unit. This includes monitoring patients, administering medications, operating medical equipment, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes. The role requires strong critical thinking and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Qualifications
Progressive Care Nursing, Telemetry, and Critical Care Medicine skills
Experience in managing and monitoring patients in a progressive care unit
Knowledge of medication administration and operation of medical equipment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Current RN license
BLS and ACLS certification
Experience in a Magnet facility is a plus
