Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Early Career Data Scientist. In this role, you will gain insights from large data sets that will influence decision making utilizing unsupervised/supervised machine learning in addition to Natural Language Processing. This role in the organization will be responsible for data cleansing, aggregation, and formatting large datasets to be utilized in downstream modeling and simulation activities in support of F-35 Sustainment. You will support coordination and development of problem statements, modeling approaches and ground rules and assumptions (GR&A). You will also work under the guidance of a technical lead to perform analysis to establish demand rates, forecasted demand rates, future contracted purchase quantities of materials, and comparison analysis. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of cleansing large data sets to be used in modeling & simulation principles, concepts, and techniques to calculate demand rates and forecasting analysis using commercial, government, and LM developed tools.
Must be a US Citizen ; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
