Role Overview

Ouro is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to work directly with the Chief Growth and Product Officer (CGO) . This pivotal role will act as a force multiplier, enabling our CGO to work more efficiently and effectively towards achieving the strategic objectives of the growth and product divisions. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen, understanding of product development processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships. The role is located in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support: Assist the CGO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and plans. Provide analytical support for growth and product strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.

Operational Efficiency : Streamline operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency within the growth and product teams. Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize performance. Maintain track of product roadmaps, timelines and deliverables.

Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between the Product team and other departments, ensuring alignment on key projects and initiatives. Act as a liaison to senior management, stakeholders, and external partners. Manage and safeguard the dissemination of confidential information with integrity and analytical acumen.

Project Management: Oversee critical projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and success. Coordinate with different teams to gather resources, monitor progress, and resolve issues.

Leadership and Team Developmen t: Support the CGO in leadership and management responsibilities, including team development, all-hands meeting preparation, performance monitoring, and mentoring.

Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and manage meetings, including setting agendas, keeping minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Coordinate logistics for events related to the growth and product divisions.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant topics to inform strategic decisions. Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or a senior position in strategy, product management, or business development. Experience in financial services and payments is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven track record of managing complex projects and achieving results.

Deep understanding of the product development process and growth strategies.

Highly organized, with outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
