Novium Group LLC is a fast-growing company in the market for Superintendent, Project Managers, as well as Estimators. With in Novium you will find a team that looks out for each other and has fun together building and creating new amazing buildings. We have doubled in size this year and forecast for double revenue once again. We are seeking experienced estimators who can build JOC RS Mean pricing as well as estimate a multi million dollar new build project.
Responsibilities:
· bidding and estimating commercial construction projects
· developing a subcontractor responsibility matrix.
· Provide accurate estimates
· maintaining a qualified database of subcontractors to solicit subcontractor base, receive and analyze incoming sub quotes.
· Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for all trades.
· Knowledge of building construction, materials and methods.
· Advanced skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
· Knowledge and skill set to accurately estimate conceptual or preliminary design documents.
· Ability to analyze and create detailed estimates for SSI self-performed work (concrete, drywall/metal-stud framing and ceilings, rough carpentry, and general labor scope of work).
· Scheduling software (MS Project) knowledge
· Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.Deadline focused.
· Excellent research, proposal writing, and oral presentation skills.

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
· BS/BA in Engineering or Construction Management recommended but not required
· Estimator 2 - Minimum of 3 years of experience estimating/project management commercial construction projects required
· Estimator 1 - Relevant college degree, and training that can be demonstrated.
· Ability to analyze project drawings, specifications and RFPs
· Proven ability to multi-task in a high volume, time sensitive/deadline environment
