Key Responsibilities:
Serve as technical lead evaluating and developing multiple special projects for C2BMC
Support and advise the C2BMC-G Architect, Technical Advisor, and GAMMA lead on development of a global node for C2BMC
Ability to create strategy and vision, and lead teams to meet objectives directing and performing system engineering and assessments for integration of complex systems
Prepare technical and strategic program briefings for senior leadership review
Work with internal and external stakeholders on all phases of the system engineering process: requirements definition and management, design, integration, test, and operations
Develop inputs to and evaluate contractor program baseline planning and execution
Perform technical oversight of classified project development, risk assessments, and contractor performance against requirements
Independently evaluate contractor analyses
Develop Statement of Objectives, Statement of Work and Contract Deliverables descriptions for Government review and approval
Review, comment, and prepare technical responses for the Government on contractor proposals
Writing System Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs)
Required Qualifications: Minimum 20 years experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a wide range of internal and external customers
Work well independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills, quick learner, and demonstrated problem solver
Able to apply knowledge to complex, practical situations
BS degree or equivalent in engineering or computer science
Experience with DoD special access programs
Experience and history with the Missile Defense Agency
Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a US government security clearance
Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
Active SSBI, SCI, SI/TK
Some travel is required
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mission functional framework and operations concept development
Experience with systems requirements development
Experience designing test campaigns for systems verification
Experience and history with the Missile Defense Agency’s Command Control Battle Management and Communication – Global (C2MBC-G) program

Salary ranges for this position: (Commensurate based on education and experience) $150,000-$190,000
