Serves as a front-line Supervisor and directs the day-to-day activities. Ensures staffing needs of assigned buildings and analyzes workloads based on demands and peak seasons.

Regularly monitors and assesses job performance to ensure performance standards are met. Conducts regular staff meetings, provides ongoing feedback and coaching, and responds to employee concerns. Provides training and onboarding for all new hires including expectations setting, assigned job shadowing, and regular feedback throughout the period of onboarding.
