About the Role
In anticipation of a contract award, COE is seeking an experienced,results oriented OPM Program Strategist to provide consultation to ourfederal client. This is primarily a hybrid work assignment, withoccasional travel to local client site(s) within the WashingtonDC/Metro area.
Responsibilities
This role will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Establish long-range objectives and specify the strategies andactions to activate them.
Gather and analyze information to prepare status reports.
Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
Plan and schedule various project workloads.
Develop and present recommendations, market research, and generateoriginal ideas.
Analyze business data and statistics to determine the best objectives.
Facilitate strategic and operational planning processes for OPMprograms, including tracking progress of strategic priorities andkey performance indicators.
Planning, supporting, and facilitating internal all-hands meetingsand teambuilding activities, including the development of meeting content.
Leading customer satisfaction survey efforts, including thecontact list, reviewing results, following up with customer,evaluating results, and developing use cases for service improvements.
Experience and Skills Must have prior experience working on Federal projects. Candidateswithout Federal experience will not be considered.
BA degree in organizational strategy, or directly related field.
Knowledge of federal HR departmental functions.
Expert in strategic planning.
Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
History of working with a large organization.
History of ethical and value-based performance.
Ability to obtain, or already holds, an active Public Trust clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required and ability to or already possesses anational security clearance.
Target Salary, Commensurate with Experience: $85k - $135k
