Summary of Position:
The role will be responsible for assisting the Accounts & Admin. Managed in maintaining the books of accounts up to date and Admn. operations-related works. The candidate will be supporting the work of the AAP department and all areas relating to financial reporting. This position will be responsible for bookkeeping, publishing reports, and supporting the audit process.
The position reports to Accounts & Admin Manager.
Responsibilities:
Financial and Accounting responsibilities
Data entry in Tally and MIS
Assisting Manager in cash flow reports and cash reconciliation statements
Coordination with NGOs in getting the data as per the tracker
Maintain a petty cash fund, prepare cash disbursement vouchers
All kinds of bank works
Collection of vendor data in the market and obtaining the quotes from un empanelled vendors
Vouching & Documentation
Admin tasks Coordination with team members on overall procumbent and volunteering events
Following the procurement guidelines of the organization and issuing the POs to all other third parties in time
Ensuring the vendors are served the goods and services with high quality for value for money
Maintaining purchase Committee Minutes meeting minutes register
Maintaining Detailed PO Vs Services or Goods Receipt trackers
Maintaining the PO-wise supporting documents
Identifying the new vendors and onboarding the new vendors as per the UWH Requirements
Visiting the fields (contractions and materials delivery) and preparing of visit observation
Vendor Evolution based on the visit report, quality of work and third-party feedback
Responsible for overall office administration
Maintaining required Documents, registers and trackers for transparency in the work
Collecting the Invoices hard copies from the vendor and sharing the invoices with the team members in time and ensuring the team is processed the vendor invoices Intime
Guiding his team on overall administration works
Addressing the audit observation and responding to the Accounts head in timely closing the audit observations.
Participating the Volunteering events based on the team request
Annual Physical stock verification and reporting
Collecting the Asset acknowledgements and MRN details from third party.
Required Qualification & Experience:
B.Com/ M.Com with knowledge of Tally.
3-5 years of work experience is required, experience in NGO accounting practices is an added advantage.
Language skills – Telugu & English must. Proficient in Telugu both writing and speaking; Good knowledge of English both spoken and written.
Technical Skills:
Working experience in using Tally or accounting packages.
Advanced computer skills in MS Excel specifically and MS Office in general.
Email Etiquette is a must to have skills.
Behavioural & Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work with strict timelines and deliverables
Position Location: Job will be based out of Hyderabad office
