The Position: Respond and resolve customer level 1 tech support requests via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
Attention to detail and documentation tracking in various applications with an emphasis on account history retention.
Multi-task and successfully take on new duties as the installed customer base changes and grows.
Cooperatively perform other related duties as assigned.
