About the Role:
As the Technical Leader, you will spearhead the evolution of our IT infrastructure, driving innovation, efficiency, and reliability. - Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments. Collaborate with information security teams to address vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Project Leadership and Change Management: Lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical proficiency in networking protocols, cloud technologies, virtualization, and containerization.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Adaptability in a dynamic technology landscape, with the ability to align technical initiatives with organizational goals.
- Hands-on expertise with a willingness to dive into technical details when needed.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, supporting integration efforts.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in infrastructure design, network engineering, telecom management, and cloud architecture.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT.
Location:
This role requires on-site presence for a hybrid work schedule, with remote working days on Monday and Friday.
