ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Massachusetts

As Senior Sales Director you will have a new business development focus and a proven background of having sold IT consulting services and software licenses previously.

• Direct Sales

o Act as a Sr. Account Executive on enterprise accounts

o Develop and maintain close relationships working with enterprise partner reps and clients to generate leads

o Build a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets by identifying and

pursuing new business opportunities

o Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients which includes Heads of Analytics/Heads of IT/CIO/CTO/CDO

o Overall own/drive the sales process from inception to close

• Partner/Professional Networking

o Cultivate meaningful, lucrative relationships with partners, prospects and clients Build on existing partner relationships and expand/deepen relationships with existing and new partners

o Develop Keyrus’ existing partnerships and research, recommend and develop new partnerships

o Act as a leader to coach the sales team to level up their partner relations approach

o Research leaders, department heads of data science, and digital transformation to drive expansion. Bring market trends/insights back into the business to ensure Keyrus' offerings remain compelling

o Collaborate cross-functionally throughout Keyrus

Successful candidate will have the ability to develop and scale our accounts as well as bring in new business for the company.

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Business Development working in Software or Services sales.

• Experience with consultative sales ideally within the data analytics space.

• Product knowledge of various data analytics/business intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, etc.) strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of success in technology sales by exceeding KPI and revenue targets.

• Industry knowledge of financial services, consumer packaged goods, or non-profits a plus.

ABOUT OUR REWARDS:

Compensation: 240-290K OTE
