The Shipping area provides support for the entire company and is responsible for providing assistance to fellow associates, assist management with special projects and ensure all deliveries are made in a timely fashion. The Shipping Receiving Rep is responsible for assisting the Corporate Support Services Delivery Team in delivery of mail, output and supplies to the OneAmerica Tower and Gibson Building. This role monitors the system and pulls/packs orders. The Shipping & Receiving Rep is heavily involved in shipping product to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist customers with various types of shipping and delivery needs
* Load/Update forms on the shipping/receiving system
* Load and unload trucks, receive stock
* Ensure all mail, output, and supplies are delivered correctly and timely.
* Monitor the system pulling and packing orders
* Perform monthly cycle counts
* Ensure services standards and service level agreements are met and proactively make adjustments to work distribution as needed
* Communicate updates to processes and procedures to Management
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* One to three years experience is desirable
* Able to lift 50 pounds & stand for long periods of time
* Must possess good organizational & communication skills with the ability to deal professionally with customers and management.
* Must have valid drivers license
* Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 02A

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of OneAmerica associates are currently working remotely in accordance with our safety protocols. The selected candidate will be expected to temporarily work remotely for an unspecified period of time as determined in OneAmericas sole discretion. When normal business operations resume, the selected candidate will be expected to physically return to work in the office located in Indianapolis, IN.
