Description
The Mortgage Servicing Business Analyst/Consultant will support technology projects and will focus primarily on Director Script and SQL solutions.
Summary
The Mortgage Servicing Business Analyst/Consultant will utilize their expertise in mortgage servicing to document business requirements, systems, scope, data sources, recovery plans and objectives. Technical consulting to business partners will occur on a recurring basis.
Duties And Responsibilities
Facilitate technical consultation sessions
Document business requirements
Research Black Knight MSP functionality
Supports test planning efforts, which may include system, integration, disaster recovery readiness, and acceptance tests
Adheres to procedures for change and version control standards
This position is available for hybrid at 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio.
Basic Requirements
2+ years of analytical and/or technical support experience
Mortgage servicing experience
Experience with Black Knight MSP
Experience with MSP Director Scripting
High-level understanding of SQL such as queries and/or how to research fields/data sources
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
Experience with API Web Services
2+ years of Black Knight MSP experience
2+ years of Director Scripting experience in an analytical and/or technical support role
High-level understanding of SQL and how to research MSP data sources
Working knowledge in the following area(s):
Escrow
Special Loans
Investor Reporting
Cashiering
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) ( No = eligible for overtime pay)
