About the Role

The Operations Specialist is an experienced administrative professional who acts as a support system to the program management and delivery service teams. Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree required

5+ years' experience in an operations support role or a related field

Technical skills, including experience with computer systems, databases, and software

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong communication skills in order to communicate with other departments and external partners effectively

Able to analyze data, identify trends, and propose improvements

Expert in Office, Teams, SharePoint
