Job Description Our construction company is seeking a Home Reconstruction Project Manager. Our cliental consists of institutional owners of single-family residences. We offer asset acquisition/valuation, construction, and property management. Right now, we operate in 36 states and will be expanding to all 50 states by the end of the year.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage reconstruction of homes and coordinate schedules.

Handle inspections during construction.

Monitor permits.

Oversee subcontractors.

Develop project schedules, plan materials, and purchase orders.

Obtain subcontractor estimates and bids.

Perform project buyouts.

Schedule pre-construction site visits.

Oversee the construction schedule and budget.

Ensure project meets the deadline and stays within budget.

Assure safety standards comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines.


2-6 years construction and building renovation experience.

Bachelor Degree in construction management or related field.

Understanding of general construction (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).

Proficient with Word, Excel, and Windows (creating folders and uploading documents).

Knowledge of Dropbox, a plus.

Customer service experience in the home building industry.

Knowledge of construction practices, construction labor costs, and the uses and costs of materials.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of local, state and federal building code requirements.
