Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in a collegiate or professional Strength & Conditioning program.
Must currently hold and maintain CSCS or SCCC certification.
Current CPR / AED certification is required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Special Conditions
Screening of candidates will begin immediately.
The department is especially interested in candidates who hold a master’s degree and with Division I experience working with basketball sports programs.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Will require work and travel beyond normal schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Program Design:
Design and implement athletic performance training for assigned sports.
Collaborate and assist sports medicine with implementing training programs that incorporate and focus on potential injury risk and preventative measures.

Exercise Techniques:
Teaches and supervises proper lifting techniques and assists in spotting when necessary.
Assist athletic performance department in day to day operations and provide assistance and coverage with athletic performance staff when traveling with assigned teams.
