**Overview**

We are currently seeking a Retail Strategy Manger to support our Deposit and Retail Strategy Departments. As the Retail Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision and support of the overall management of deposit, loan and other products and services. Partake in the development of products and services to enhance deposit acquisition and retention, loan growth, and fee income generation. Create strategic initiatives in collaboration with upper management to increase overall sales and service success and strengthen partnerships between the retail branches and business partners within Bank of Hope.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

* Delivers supervision and support to the overall management of deposit, loan and other products and services, including product development, profitability analysis, establishment of sales plan and strategy

* Assesses and recommends product introductions/improvements/changes through the product life cycle with the ability to analyze product profitability and growth rates

* Develops and defines promotional product/rate offers through market research, pricing analytics, strategy, target audience, etc. in collaboration with other stakeholders in the Bank

* Analyzes internal and external data to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop initiatives focusing on relationship building and profitability enhancement

* Monitors for enhancement opportunities on performance trends for existing deposit products and promotions, and develops an action plan to address opportunities for strategic or tactical changes

* Product administration, including participation in internal stakeholder meetings and discussions as it relates to product development efforts, and compliance with regulatory and compliance issues

* Leads and supports a broad aspect of deposit products and related services, including establishing plans and ensuring successful execution and completion

* Acts as a primary liaison with all stakeholders at the Bank including Retail Branches, Business Banking Groups, Treasury Management Services, Mortgage, Wealth Management, Digital Banking, Deposit Operations, Marketing, Legal, CRA, Risk & Compliance, & IT.

* Provides a high-level project and management meeting support

* Assist MD of Retail Strategy and Chief Deposit Officer & other executive management members in developing the Banks strategic initiatives involving deposit gathering and deposit products & services

* Ad-hoc assignments as requested by management

**Job Qualifications/Requirements**

* Minimum Education Level: College Degree Preferred in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science

* Minimum Job Experience: 7 Years+

* Language requirements: English

* Computer/software skills:

+ Microsoft Outlook: Advanced

+ Microsoft Word: Advanced

+ Microsoft Excel: Advanced

+ Microsoft PowerPoint: Advanced
