The company supports numerous top-tier lenders and financial institutions with collateral recovery. We’re looking for a Lot Attendant at our Fort Worth Location.
There are 2 shifts available 7:30 AM To 4:30 PM And 10:30 AM To 7:30 PM
You:
Are 21 years of age or older
Have a high-school diploma or equivalent
Have a valid Texas Driver’s license
Are a good communicator (both verbal and written)
Have reliable transportation
Have effective investigation and follow-up skills
Are assertive, punctual and responsible
Are a team player that is adaptable and flexible with tasks and duties
Are detail-oriented and a team player
Are motivated and can work without constant supervision
Are organized and driven to meet deadlines
Do not have any felony convictions within the last 5 years
Can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and multi-generational environment
You shall:
Have basic computer experience and keyboarding skills
Have a smartphone with a good quality camera
Have forklift experience of at least 1 year
Be comfortable using various technologies (phones, tablets, computers, RFID Scanners, cameras etc.)
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines
The Job:
Account for all vehicles on lot and personal effects in storage
Ensure company and customer compliance with personal property and lot inventory
Create accurate and itemized inventory of all personal effects in each vehicle and pack for storage
Capture clear and concise images of all personal effects and upload to company database
Coordinate with transport coordinator to ensure personal effects are properly inventoried and stored for vehicle transport
Keep track of appointments, delivery times, and transport information
Record all deliveries and releases for inventory reconciliation
Upload all required forms (client specific)
Communicate with all lots regarding personal property storage
Monitor and report personal property concerns (i.e. ensuring there are no missing items, outdated property etc.)
Provide personal property inventory information for clients if requested
Use company database to verify personal effects of vehicles, and ensure all data is conveyed accurately
Assist and support Recovery Agents as needed

Daily Role & Responsibilities
Verify that vehicles secured the night before are on the lot and windows are marked with last six of the VIN, client, key status, and drivability
Keep track of appointments, delivery times, and transport information
Handling of customer personal property and vehicle redemptions
Record daily deliveries and releases to reconcile inventory
Assist and support the Repossession Agents when needed
Oversee the removal and inventory of personal property from vehicles, creating a detailed inventory, uploading in company apps, and ensuring that it is recorded and stored properly
Monitoring the property area for cleanliness, organization and removing expired property to the designated area for processing
