Responsibilities The Senior Account Executive will develop, present, and execute annual strategic marketing and advertising plans
The Senior Account Executive is comfortable building relationships and will work directly with franchisees and corporate marketing and operations
They will typically supervise at least one direct report
Develop, present and execute annual strategic marketing plans for assigned markets, consisting of mid-size and small DMAs
Prepare and present Moroch’s recommendation, point of view, and/or creative product to franchisees
Track and communicate results of marketing plans to franchisees, adjust plans as the business requires
Understand the dual expectations and business goals of the DMAs and the franchisees
Plan budgets with accuracy and in a timely manner
Establish and build strong working relationships with franchisees and regional operations partners
Manage the “day-to-day” business with franchisees, maintaining knowledge on the key business conditions
Follow processes and systems to ensure adherence to the timelines for the flow of work
Maintain regular communication and contact with franchisees
Ensure strong relationships with media vendors
Excellent communication and customer service
Budget management with an eye for detail
Time management and prioritization
