Peraton is seeking a VP, Finance Process Improvement, Compliance and Optimization. This role will report to the Corporate Controller.

Responsibilites:

Maintain the SOX program, quality assurance and finance process improvement.

Direct engagement related to finance shared service activities. Monitor key financial metrics across the finance shared services teams to support the company achieving financial targets and execution.

Develop and execute broader finance engagement program working with CFO and broader finance team.

Coordinate with the Controller to establish efficient and effective processes for collaborating across teams to successfully deliver robust sustainability programs and ensure these processes are followed.

Identify and implement improvements to existing processes.

Design and implement business process improvement initiatives.

Track and monitor progress on improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain documentation of all processes.

Provide training and support to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with process improvement initiatives.

Keep abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into existing processes

Prepare reports and presentations to present process improvement initiatives

Monitor and review performance of processes to ensure they are meeting objectives

This role requires an individual who is self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Expert with Microsoft Office Suite,

Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Deltek T&E, Hyperion, Cognos, and Workday
