The Opportunity ...
As a Manager of Member Care, you play a key part in helping with the retention of existing customers who have enrolled in an insurance plan with QuoteManage. This position will be accountable for the retention and persistency of customers. You will manage a team of virtual agents who will support new members with proactive outreach programs and existing customers with questions about current coverage and upsell/cross sell customers into additional products.
How You'll Contribute... Manage a virtual team of licensed insurance agents that take inbound and make outbound calls to existing customers.
Manage key metrics designed to improve customer retention.
Drive the business process for member outreach to support company goals.
Manage multiple functions within the Member Care department, allocating resources as necessary to immediate and long term goals.
Oversee all verticals of Member Care: Medicare, Life, and U65
Responsible for supporting the sales process with post-enrollment management of consumer needs
Manage a fluctuating team of agents depending on business needs
Coordinate with other support departments as needed
Manage special projects throughout the year
What We're Looking For... Experienced as a Licensed Medicare Agent is required
This role is available for those individuals who reside in and work in one of the following states: FL, NC, TN, TX
Thorough understanding of all verticals of insurance: Medicare, Life, and U65
Analytical thinker
Strong communicator
Attention to detail
Ability to analyze metrics and drive performance
Strong organizational skills
Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
Ability to take ownership of your work and calculated risks when needed
